Every member of our team strives to be knowledgeable and accessible whenever our clients need us. Dr. Andrea Moore
Practice owner and Medical Director
Originally from Fresno, Dr. Moore completed her undergraduate studies at California State University, Fresno with a B.S. in Animal Science. After spending some time working on a dairy farm, she decided to become a veterinarian, and she attended UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She sees cats and dogs, and has a strong interest in soft tissue surgery and challenging internal medicine cases. As Medical Director, she enjoys mentoring new veterinarians, technicians, and interns. In her free time, she can be found outdoors at the beach, biking, skiing or enjoying fine food with friends. She shares her home with five cats, but her son (who is an even bigger cat lover than she is) would like for them to have as many felines as they can fit in the household!
Dr. Michelle Forgy
Practice owner and veterinarian
A San Jose native, Dr. Forgy earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and went on to veterinary school at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in Massachusetts. She sees cats and dogs, and has a strong interest in animal behavior. She is passionate about making vet visits stress-free and as enjoyable as possible for all of Pinnacle’s patients. She is an active member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Outside of work, she likes to travel and enjoy the theater with her husband and two daughters. Dr. Forgy also shares her home with two rescue dogs and a cat.
Dr. Sue Park
Originally from Orange County, Dr. Park earned a B.A. in Writing and M.S. in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University, and then she went on to veterinary school at UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Park sees cats, dogs, small mammals, and reptiles. She also sees birds for wellness exams. She has a strong interest in exotic animal medicine as well as general surgery, internal medicine, and dermatology. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys travel, snowboarding, and most of all, spending time with her husband, young daughter, and two kitties.
Dr. Linda Watson
Dr. Linda Watson completed her undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College and attended veterinary school at Kansas State University. After vet school, she completed an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Oklahoma State University. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, she worked as a veterinary technician and volunteered for many years with the Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley in tree squirrel rehabilitation. Dr. Watson sees cats, dogs, small mammals, reptiles, as well as birds for wellness care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grown children or relaxing in the garden with her cats.
Dr. Mandy Edwards
Dr. Edwards received both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from the University of California at Davis. As an undergrad at Davis, she majored in Wildlife, Fisheries, and Conservation Biology. Dr. Edwards sees both dogs and cats at PAH. With a strong interest in geriatric medicine and hospice care, she earned Certification from Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians in association with Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Edwards provides acupuncture and laser therapy to many of our aging patients with chronic conditions. She spends her free time cooking and gardening with her young daughter and taking care of her menagerie, which includes three dogs, four cats, one cockatoo, and five chickens.
Dr. Praadnya Shah
Dr. Shah earned her B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis and attended veterinary school at the Ontario Veterinary College. Dr. Shah is Fear Free Certified, and she sees dogs and cats. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys nature hikes, playing competitive badminton, and trying different cuisines. Dr. Shah is involved in various veterinary outreach efforts and has volunteered with Rural Area Veterinary Services (RAVS), Humane Alliance, and the San Martin Animal Shelter.
Dr. Sarah Harmon Hood
Carol brings to our team over 25 years of experience in the veterinary field and over 15 years of experience in management. Carol feels her most important job at Pinnacle is making sure our entire team is available to our clients whenever they need us. In her free time, she enjoys trips to the coast, gardening, reading, and spending time with her adult son. You may also find her hiking with her two chihuahuas or relaxing with her two tuxedo cats.
Daryn brings more than 15 years of experience in the veterinary field to his position as our Operations Supervisor. Previously a veterinary technician for many years, he now works behind-the-scenes to ensure that our facility, equipment, and supplies are in order. His favorite aspects of his job are solving problems and providing the veterinarians and technicians with the tools they need to provide top quality care for our patients. Outside of work, his hobbies include gaming, watching Sharks hockey, and hanging out with his three dogs and cat.
